SUMMARY
In Kansas the body of an 18 year old, Emily Sanders, was found. The girl was discovered to have a secret life as an internet porn star. Those sites were temporarily closed down in order for the police to be able to work with less disturbances. many people called in with tip because of having seen her porn; most of those turned out to be false leads. The main suspect is 24 year old Israel Mireles. The last time Emiy was seen was with Israel, leaving a bar. There was blood found in Mireles hotel room. The suspect has a 16 year old girlfriend who is pregnant. His rental car was found in Texas where he has family. The police think his family knows where he is but hasn't told the absolute truth.

OPINION
Ewww... the suspect has a total think for young women. If I was his girlfriend I would dump him and get a GED then get support from a Christian organization. I think the man probably killed Sanders. Why else would he abandon the car and have blood in his hotel room? Well, I think this teaches everyone not to leave bars with strange men; you may just die.

SUMMARY
A fugitive, Evelyn Messege, has been located on myspace. In 1996 she was charged with intoxication manslaughter. One passenger in her car was killed and another was paralyzed. She is not only guilty of manslaughter now, she is also guilty of bail jumping. Intoxication charges in Texas are punishable by 2-20 years and bail jumping 2-10 years. The extradition laws have changed since she was charged with this felony. The U.S. is in the works of going and getting messege.

OPINION
That was dumb to flee. She possibly could have gotten away with 2 years and she would have been ok. Now she will have to serve at least 4 years at most 30 years but sometimes judges tack on more time just to prove a point. I hope she is caught and made an example. People who drive while drunk infuriate me. If she was beaten up in jail I wouldn't feel bad at all.

international:
SUMMARY
"Although there is no ban in the Quran on images of Allah or the Prophet Mohammad, Islam's founder, likenesses are considered highly offensive by Muslims."
In the Sudan a British teacher was found guilty for insulting religion. She asked her class of 7-year olds to name the class teddy bear. They chose the name Mohammad. She will now face 15 days in prison -- technically 11 because the court is counting the 4 days of being arrested towards her sentence.

OPINION
That is so dumb. the kids named the bear. They were most likely trying to honor their god. The woman is not of that culture it is unfair to punish her fora a social wrong especially considering it is not a legal wrong.

international
SUMMARY
In Ethiopia human activists have stepped in to investigate claims of gang rape, burning of villages, and other cruelties. The citizens have been asked not to speak to international reporters. The prime minister claims that no hurtful acts have been performed. The claims are false. A citizen said the army was killing his neighbors "like goats".

OPINION
The nation is obviously hiding something. I think most countries hide facts from other nations though so what is really to be expected. Their actions are wrong though and I hope the press will require the nation to cease.
