International: baby dropped…

Summary: In A little town in Germany called Ludwigshafen a fire emerged in an apartment building. Nine were killed, but one story of an amazing escape has been captured by many reporters. A 10 month old boy who was in the fire was dropped from a four story building by his uncle so that he may escape the engulfing flames/smoke. The uncle said that one look at the officer below him new he could trust him to catch his nephew. The little boy was dropped into the arms of a German police officer and is said to being just fine. His lungs are full of smoke but he expected to make a full recovery.

Opinion: the uncle did such a brave thing. I don’t think I could drop a baby from any height, hoping for someone to catch him/her. That is such a trust issue and for this man to drop his nephew four stories is just so unbelievable. The uncle, I do believe, did the right thing. God must have put so many guardian angels around this baby boy because this baby boy should not be alive right now. This baby will have a story to tell when he gets older :]!!

National: McCain…

Summary: McCain is the leader in the Republican Party and it looks as though he is going to be the republican candidate. He may have not one most of the states in Super Tuesday but he won the big states that matter. McCain won California and New York and those are the biggest states and the most important in a political run. McCain can not be stopped. At this point in the campaign McCain cannot be defeated. He has gotten way to many points already and it looks as if he is the republican candidate.

Opinion: I was all for Giuliani until he dropped out, but when I found out that he is supporting McCain it gave me second thoughts on who I was going to vote for now. I sure hope that McCain is the candidate because out of all the republican candidates left I believe he is the best one for the job. He has enough experience in the government to make a lot of great decisions on many of the issues that we are facing today!

International: Holloway mystery opens again….

Summary: Jaren van der Sloot was once a suspect in the case of Natalie Holloway but was released. A Dutch Video was shown of him confessing to have slept with Natalie the night before her disappearance. He says in the video that he woke up to find her not conscious and new he had to dispose of the body. He called a friend and they took her out to see and dumped her body over board like a “rag”. He also says that he did not loose sleep over this situation at all.

Opinion: I believe that this man is the murderer of Natalie Holloway. I believe that the video found that aired on Dutch television reveals it all. I believe that he should be sent to prison and convicted for life. I cannot believe that he just disposed of her body like that and that he did not loose any sleep over it at all. Any person who does this has to be mentally ill. This young man needs serious help and needs to be put behind bars for what he has done. He has caused so much turmoil in the Holloway family and the police. His actions have caused so much chaos that can never go away. The police need to take him into custody now until he can be convicted!

National: Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton???

Summary: It looks like Hillary Clinton has taken the leads in the Democratic Party. She has pulled ahead of Obama by almost one hundred points. She won a lot of states including the two biggest ones, CA and NY (what a shocker ha ha). Hillary still has a long way to go before she can be declared the Democratic candidate for the upcoming presidential election, but it looks as if she might make it. She may not be the favorite of the Democratic Party, but she sure is out beating Obama. As of right now it is a wait it out game.

Opinion: I want Hillary to be the Democratic candidate because it means that the republicans have more of a chance of winning the presidency. I do not think Hillary stands a chance at winning in the general election. She is hated by 50% of the democrats and many people do not want to see a woman as president. If Obama wins the primaries the republicans could be facing a huge loss. Hillary is the best bet for the republicans to win another presidency and keep the presidential office republican for at least another 4 years.

Very brave move by the Uncle.

Giuliani was my candidate also--AHHHHHHHHHH!

Can't we just solve the Holloway mystery.

Obama is now in front by 100.
