EXTRA CREDIT (NATIONAL) WORLD COURT – MEDELLIN CASE

Summary: medellin is a criminal, rapist and murderer, and he is from Mexico so he is trying to get off from American Court. ICJ's rule is going to be applied in this case. US doen't like this

Opinion: I think that the international decision is more important than the one country's decision. I think in this case, since the crazy guy is from Mexico, they should follow the laws of the world. Morally, I think that he should be killed or something but I think the letter of the law is important in this case.
