SUMMARY
Kyla Ebbert was asked to leave her Southwest airlines flight to Tuscon for wearing too revealing of an outfit. The airlines compromised by asking "her to adjust her clothing to be less revealing, she complied, and she traveled as scheduled." when she went back to her seat she was very embarrassed and asked for a blanket to cover up with and stayed under the blanket for the remainder of the flight. Several people were asked their opinion on the matter including feminist, Ann Friedman who said, "the fact that she is a very attractive younger woman is something perhaps someone on the plane is offended by more than just some schlubby dude."The airlines is apparently known for its humor, but no one was laughing on this occasion. "Kyla simply wanted an apology from Southwest Airlines, but that did not come so now she is thinking of filing a lawsuit."

OPINION
that was I think that her outfit was revealing but not overly so especially from the angle the photos were taken. I think the most scandalous part of her attire was her skirt and instead of trying to kick her off of her flight the airlines could have simply handed her a blanket to begin with. I have never heard of airlines clothing attire regulations. If the airlines wants people to dress a certain way they need to post a list of rules to be followed and let people know where the rules are posted and what the consequence is. I think the commercial from 1972 showed women in just as revealing attire as Kyla Ebbert's. Also, I would not suggest suing. It was a one time occurrence which was embarrassing, but no permanent damage was done. I think the feminist was unnecessary to get the point across -- of course she is going to side with the woman.

SUMMARY
In India a revolutionary idea is being tested. Dr. S. Mahdu is the man in charge of "this pilot project". The idea being tested is mixing confetti sized recycled plastic with the ingredients of asphalt. The project gives many unemployed Indians a job to work at. The new mixture of asphalt seals the road against torrent rains. The test portion of road was so successful that the government is granting the project nearly half a million more dollars to continue on with making more roads.

OPINION
Using plastic as part of the asphalt is a very smart idea for certain parts of the world and India appears to be one of those parts. The road is able to withstand rain which is great for places that receive rain often. In Phoenix and other similar dry places i would imagine the roads would get even more slippery from the plastic and oil just sitting on top of the plastic (oil just sits on Phoenix's roads so at the beginning of a rain the roads are extra slippery). overall the idea is very smart and a great idea for saving money and having less landfills which are not attractive.
