#1)Taliban frees 12 south koreans hostages. They captivated 23 in afganistan and eventually ended up with 19 and they have had them for a month now. They finally let 12 go all in different places. They came to a nigotiation for them not to send christian missionaries to Afghanistan they also agreed to withdraw 200 non-combat troops that worked in the engineering. They said they will release the next 7 soon but also in different areas and not all in the same one.

Opinion:
I think that it is dumb that they are taking captive people they just need to go about getting what they want a different way. People need to just go along with what is happening and just finish it instead of making more people suffer for dumb and pathetic reasons. People have the rights to preach about God whether you like it or not. Then they shouldn't even take those non-combat men out cause they are not even fighting in the war.

#2)Hundreds of Greek people that have been affected by all the fires over there are going to the banks expecting $17,732 in aid promised by the government. They think that people are setting the fires to mess up the elections. They still have one person captive thinking he was part of them but they are still looking for the rest.

Opinion:
The people should have the right to get their money because people are doing this out of the elections. The people should not be doing that to mess with the re-election because they know it is already messing them up so they just need to stop. They have left so many people out of their homes and injured or have died. In the end these people are going to get caught and their plan will not be succesful.

It can be expected in Afghanistan.

At least some of the monuments have been spared.
