SUMMARY
A sixth grade teacher, Kelsey Peterson, from Nebraska and a thirteen year old boy, Fernando Rodriguez, are on the run together after police have put a warrant out for the teacher who was charged with "kidnapping, child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor." Rodriguez's aunt talked to him over the weekend. at that time he said he was in Grand Island, Nebraska. At this time, he asked his aunt if a passport or visa were needed to get into Mexico.

OPINION
The teacher was 25 and not ugly in the picture shown of her. I don't know why any person would date and have an intimate relation with anyone who was not legally old enough. That typically leads to disaster, particularly if one is a teacher. The woman should have known better and she should have ran away alone if she wanted to flee from the police.

SUMMARY
Over $1million worth of whiskey was found in two storage units in Tennessee. All of the alcohol was Jack Daniel's and quite a few of the bottles were very old or commemorative. If the people in the case are found guilty some of the alcohol will be auctioned off but most, including a rare bottle from 1914, will be destroyed. The police found out about the whiskey from a website.

OPINION
Someone was planning on making a lot of money. That was rather stupid to post any information online. I think that all of the whiskey should be auctioned off. The bottle from 1914 is worth 10,000 but the police are still planning on breaking that. I imagine there may be a few drunk police in Tennessee when the case ends.

SUMMARY
In the town of Tabasco, in Mexico, there has been a great flood. About 700,000 people saw their homes be flooded and nearly 300,000 of the 700,000 are still trapped in the flood area. "The Grijalva River, one of two large waterways ringing Villahermosa, has risen 6.5 feet (2 meters) above its 'critical' level and gushed into the city's center, according to AP. Authorities said some of the rivers were continuing to rise." The President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon, has promised full federal help.

OPINION
Mexico is not a super wealthy country. the fees this flood created will most likely damage Mexico's federal finances. The people who are still trapped inside the houses are the ones I feel the worse for.

SUMMARY
A key political figure in Asia has died. The main was part of the Tamil Tigers which the US State Department designated a terrorist group in 1997. Five men of the Tamil Tigers are dead after a bombing took place in northern Colombo.

OPINION
Good, I am tired of all the terrorist groups doing nothing to help their country or people and too much to hurt Americans. The death of the men may start a new passion under some other men in the terrorist group which is obviously no good but maybe the deaths will also create a fear; one can hope.
