National: Crazy kid has a crapload of weapons!

A 14-year-old-boy in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., was arrested on Wednesday for a potential attack on a Philadelphia high school. After investigating the boy's room, police found a room that was full of weapons, neo-Nazi and anarchist literature, and DVDs from the previous massacre at Columbine High School. Reportedly the boy had confessed to plotting an attack on Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. Police found out all of this information from a tip from another boy's father, whom the boy had asked to help him in the shooting.

Opinion: O my goodness!!!! Could America be more violent! I honestly cannot believe that kids are actually plotting out shootings! There is never a good reason to kill someone, and this is no exception. I'm guessing that the boy was lonely and wanted some reason for attention. What an idiot. If you want attention go try and make the world a better place! Ugh.

International: First medal of honor given for Afghan fighting

Lt. Michael P. Murphy, 29, was awarded with the first medal of honor for Afghan fighting. Murphy, originally from Patchogue on Long Island, led a four-man reconnaissance mission east of Asadabad. They were trying to find a key Taliban leader in advance of a mission to capture or destroy the local militia leadership. After he had been wounded, Murphy crawled into the open to make a radio call for help, and all the while he was still fighting. The call ultimately saved the life of one man, and the bodies of Murphy and two others were recovered in the fight.

Opinion: In this article Murphy sounds like an amazing person. He was a true leader and kept on fighting till the very end. However, he wouldn't have had to die at all if we weren't at war! Ugh, its like every time I read about anything in the news, someone has died in the war. Death is BAD! And I'm so sad for these poor families that have to deal with the losses of their loved ones.

National: Coulter makes remarks about Jews

Conservative author Ann Coulter made a comment on CNBC saying that Jews needed "to be perfected" and suggested the nation would be better off it were all-Christian. However Donny Deutsch on Monday, was clearly offended by the remarks. He described them as "hateful" and "antisemitic." Coulter said that she didn't mean for the comments to be offensive.

Opinion: That sucks how saying one comment can dig you in a big hole. I'm sure that she didn't mean for the comments to be hurtful to the Jewish community. Deutsch probably just over reacted and now the Christian society is probably going to get crap from this.

Very sad when a great young man like this dies.
