Man killed trying to fight other man in car
Summary: A 29-year-old man was killed after being struck by a car he tried to climb into after a fight with another man. That second man, 28, was pinned under the vehicle's wheel but was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, said Det. Bob Ragsdale, a Phoenix police spokesman. The bizarre incident occurred about 1:30 a.m. Sunday near 7th Avenue and Baseline Road.
The car, a 1999 Ford, was being driven by a woman who fled the scene after the incident. Another passenger also fled the scene. After the confrontation, the car crashed into a home in the 700 block of west Gary Way. The driver then left the scene. Police have not released the identities of the victim who was killed nor the man who was injured.

Opinion: THiS iS A HORRiBLE SiTUATiON. TWO YOUNG MEN WERE FiGHTiNG, PROBABLY ROAD RAGE, AND iT ENDE WiTH ONE OF THEiR LiVES BEiNG TAKEN. THE BAD PART ABOUT THiS iS THE DRiVER THAT HiT THEM DiDNT STAY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE OKAY, iNSTEAD THE DRiVER CONTiNUED DRiViNG AND LATER CRASHED iNTO SOMEONES HOUSE, AND EVEN THAT DiDNT STOP THEM. THE dRiVER iMMEDiATELY GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND RAN AWAY FROM THE SCENE. ONE OF THE ViCTiMS iN THiS ACCiDENT SURViVED AND iS iN THE HOSPiTAL. WHATEVER THE TWO WERE FiGHTiNG OVER, iM SURE iT WASNT WORTH A LiFE.

Authorities question man wearing handcuffs as fashion statement
Summary: Some fashion statements draw more attention than others, and wearing handcuffs while walking near the Tulsa County Courthouse is one that got noticed.A man wearing a pair of handcuffs on one wrist drew the attention of passersby Friday, who contacted law officers. But it turns out it was just his idea of a fashion statement, said sheriff's Sgt. Jody Britt. The man, whose name was not released, was wearing "goth" clothing, with one end of the handcuffs on his wrist and the other end dangling, making it appear as if he had escaped custody, Britt said. "Wearing a set of handcuffs near a courthouse is not exactly the most intelligent thing you could do," Britt said.Deputies stopped the man and checked for warrants. None were found, and he was released.

Opinion: WOW...i GUESS iT WAS A GOOD THiNG THAT POEPLE WERE SUSPiCiOUS. THiS GUY KiND OF SET HiMSELF UP FOR TROUBLE. HE WORE HANDCUFFS OUT OF THE HOUSE, AND TO TOP iT OFF THE LOSER WALKED RIGHT iN FRONT OF A COURT HOUSE. iF i WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT i PROBABLY WOULD HAVE FREAKED OUT. SEEiNG GOTHiC POEPLE FREAK ME OUT, SO i CANT iMAGiN HOW i WOULD REACT iF i SAW ONE WiTH HANDCUFFS ON! THATS A NiGHTMARE.

Holyfield defies common sense
Summary: Defiance has long been Evander Holyfield's greatest ally. Few have used it so stubbornly and successfully for so long. However, in a business where yesterday's lie is today's truth, Holyfield's old ally has turned on him. Defiance is his greatest threat. Trouble is, he doesn't know it. Never has.Just a week before his 45th birthday, it was the same old Holyfield on Saturday in a conference call from Moscow after his loss to Sultan Ibragimov in his quixotic pursuit of a piece of the fractured heavyweight championship.

Opinion: UHHHH... iM PRETTY SURE iTS TiME FOR HOLYFiELD TO PERMANENTLY RETiRE. HE'S BEEN FiHGTiNG FOR 23-YEARS. HE iS SUPER OLD!!! HE iS LOSiNG HiS TOUCH, AND i DONT THiNK HE WANTS TO BELiEVE THAT.
