Kellye..This weeks blogs

National:
Republican campaign dropout Mitt Romney endorsed John McCain for the party's presidential nomination and asked his national convention delegates to swing behind the likely nominee.
"Even when the contest was close and our disagreements were debated, the caliber of the man was apparent," the former Massachusetts governor said, standing alongside his former rival at his now-defunct campaign's headquarters. "As a party, we come together."

Opinion:
I think that it is very nice of Rommney to not be a sore loser and help out old little McCain. I really do not want him to win but if he does fine. I REALLY do not want Hilary to win and if Obama wins.. well.. Its better than Mrs. Hilary I think. Hilary would be easier to beat though. I really like what Rommeny said at the end. Its kinda true. At the end of the day we are from the same party and even though we might not agree with one another, we are still one pary. Amen brotha!

National:
As he weighs a possible endorsement in the Democratic race, former Sen. John Edwards is as split as the party he once hoped to lead — and is seriously considering supporting Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, despite the sharp criticism he leveled at her on the campaign trail, according to former aides and advisers. In deciding between his one-time rivals, Edwards appears deeply divided. Several former advisers likened his thought process to a heart-versus-head split — with his heart favoring Sen. Barack Obama's strong message of change, and his head attracted to Clinton's tested nature and commitment to tough fights.

Opinion:
Oh brother. Mr. John Edwards just needs to choose someone. I mean come on dude. I think he is just leaving us in “suspense” to stay in the spot light just little bit longer. He will never be president so he is going for the next best, suck up to a future president. He said he wouldn’t endorse anyone but of course a politician lied.. wait? What!? They lie?

International:
A leading human rights group appealed to Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah on Thursday to stop the execution of a woman accused of witchcraft and performing supernatural acts.
The New York-based Human Rights Watch said in a statement that the kingdom's religious police who arrested and interrogated Fawza Falih, and the judges who tried her in the northern town of Quraiyat never gave her the opportunity to prove her innocence in the face of "absurd charges that have no basis in law."

Opinion:
God don’t you love america? I really do not agree if the lady was doing witchcraft but if she lived in America people would not care! I really feel bad for people who have to live in places like that. That’s crap that they would want to excute her and I am glad that people are standing up for her. I love America!!

International:
The Nalaga'at Theater in Jaffa, Israel's Old Port, has just opened and offers a unique and unforgettable experience.
At one and the same time, it houses the world's only theater group of blind and deaf actors, as well as offering visitors a restaurant where diners eat in complete darkness, and a cafe where all the waiters are deaf.

Opinion:
That is crazy! That would be a very unique experience though. I think that we should start something like that here. I would love that! I have always heard that deaf people can read lips really well so that could work. I really want one here. Mr. Hjort please make one.. now!

We will see how much support this creates.

Who cares what John Edwards thinks!

Little short on International events.
