INTERNATIONAL #1



Summary-- A 33 year old New Zeelander attacked the pilots of her airplane today. She was a passenger along with 6 others on an Air New Zeland charter plane. Both of the pilots had cuts, non of which were life threateaning. They were both taken to the hospital for treatment. The two pilots made a mayday call and landed in Christchurch 25 minutes later. The plane was met with ambulance, police and fire vechiles. On the pilots requests a bomb squad was brought in.



Opinion-- ridiclous!! how did this woman even get a knife onto this charter plane in the first place!!??!! Why would she want to hurt the only two people who are going to keep her alive!! I just dont understand how people can be this moronic! if she was mentally handicapped then they should'vd strapped her into a straight jacket.

PRIMARY #1

Summary-- Mike Huckabee is vowing to not step down in the race for the White House. He says that he is a conservative alternative to John McCain. Rush Lindbaugh says that there is no conservative alterniative in this race. Its just that simple. He is trying to pitch himself to the Romney supporters and others that are unhappy with McCain.

Opinion-- Good for him. Out of the big 2 only one has the muscle to win, but Huckabee is back there in the back of the room just waiting for his chance to slip in and give it a shot. Now is Mikes time. I honestly think there is no longer a truly conserviative canidate for the presidential ticket.

INTERNATIONAL #2

Summary-- 21 people were killed on Wednesday in a granade attack in the Somalian city of Bossasso. 100 other people were injured in the same attack. Most of the victims were believed to be Ehiopiens on their way to find work. So far no one has claimed responsibility for this attack but it is believed to be part of and onging hatred of Ethiopienas and Somali's.

Opinion-- Well as bad as it is to say.. Who cares. Its awful that these people are being killed just because they are froma diffreent country. But who is going to do anything about it? How is this going to hurt the world. Its really not. It must be terrible for those involved, but other than that i feel like no one else really cares.

PRIMARY #2

Summary-- Today Mitt Romney has suspended his campaign for the Republican nod. He said that his campagin will not be a part of aiding a surrender to terror. He said that he is doing this for America. If he was running for himself he would still be fighting. This suspension allowed Ariz. Sen. John McCain to lock in the front runner position. Now the only question is how/ if Romney's delegates will be divied up. McCain personally called Mitt today and said that he admired his speech and that he was a tough competetor.

Opinion-- Well my vote on Tuesday was essentially wasted. Romney's speech today just makes me like him even more. He is not going to pull a Teddy Roosevelt on us and divide the Republican party. He is going to bow out honorably. Good for you Mitt. Now what about Mike Huckabee? I also like that John McCain called Romney and told him what he did. These guys are good chivilrous politicans, sometheing you dont really see today in this cut- throat world we live in.
