SUMMARY

Obama and Clinton will debate in Austin, Texas on Thursday, February 21. The two Democratic front runners haven’t debated since three weeks ago in California. At that time Hilary Clinton was ahead of Obama by quite a bit. Now, after Super Tuesday, the two are closer in amount of delegates won. Clinton is depicted by her own campaign as a fighter while Obama is shown as weak. The American public seems to not be happy with this portrayal. The public is tired of the Clintons and tired of the chaos that comes from Hilary. Obama’s main obstacle in Texas is the large Latino population. Clinton has won most states with similar demographics.

OPINION
I would guess that Clinton will win Texas. If by some chance of fate Clinton beats Obama I think McCain will be able to beat her much easier than his ability to beat Obama. I agree that Americans are tired of the Clintons in office. We already had Hilary attempt to control our country and as all Americans could tell that didn’t turn out well. I would much rather prefer a conservative in office to any of the front runners but I certainly do not want Mrs. Clinton.

SUMMARY
Sen. John McCain on Thursday denied assertions published in The New York Times that he once had a close relationship with a female lobbyist whose clients had business before his Senate committee. McCain refuted the article by saying he had never “done anything that would betray the public trust or make a decision." His wife followed his statement up with saying “her husband always puts family and country first, and is ‘a man of great character’." The Executive Editor of the New York Times, Bill Keller, said they "publish stories when [the stories] are ready." His definition of ready is when the main points of the story have been researched and nailed down.

OPINION
Seriously? America, do you really want to take your facts from a fired aide? A lot of people would be angry and want to mess up their boss’s career. Why would this aide be any different? I think this story is false. McCain doesn't look like he has it in him to cheat on his wife, although he is running for president and therefore must look devoted, but neither has he really had much time. I agree with his wife saying McCain is a man of character. He had the ability to leave before the other POWs but he did not want to leave without his men so he stayed. People can argue that that occurred many years ago but still it happened. I think he is courageous and does what he deems morally appropriate. He has said he did not do it and his wife said he did not do that. If a key witness showed up dead or fled the country then maybe I would think there was a case against McCain for him having an affair. Until then I think he is innocent until proven otherwise.

In Serbia, protestors attacked the US embassy because America supported/recognized Kosovo as a country. One burned body, a protestor, was found inside the embassy. The Americans at the embassy were marines and all were accounted for. Students in Serbia were seen waving Serbian flags and marching towards the consulate, military force stopped them. “Russia and China continue to oppose Kosovo's declaration of independence while Spain has expressed concern that recognition will give momentum to secessionist movements in other countries, such as the Basques in northern Spain.

OPINION
This is entirely understandable; a country seceded. I would be very upset id a state broke away from The US. Russia and China would of course be very opposed to this; they are so restricting that freedom is just craziness. I think Spain is so opposed to Kosovo because they are not very strong so if Kosovo does strengthen the Basques to break away Spain could do very little. New countries starting out worry me. I think there is so much turmoil and the new country has already fought so hard for freedom and still there is war.

Morocco’s’ government believes they have destroyed a terrorist network who had planned on killing cabinet members as well as members of the North African kingdoms Jewish society. Morocco also has banned an Islamist political party, Al Badil Al Hadari, because some members were linked to the network. The network raised money by waging holdups, selling stolen goods and taking contributions from its members. Morocco has been on alert since 2003. Because of suicide bombings that took place that year. “In March, a suicide bomber blew himself up in a Casablanca Internet cafe, and investigators later uncovered an alleged plot targeting tourist sites across Morocco. Police cornered four suspects, shooting one dead and prompting the other three to blow themselves up to avoid capture. The blasts killed a policeman and wounded 21 other people.”

OPINION
I’m amazingly glad I live in America. We don’t have a whole lot of uncontrolled acts of terrorism. That is pretty nice. Morocco must be glad that we are each others allies because we are rather large and could help them if the time came. I think terrorists are dumb. What they should do is take over a country which has lots of oil (pretty much like thy currently are) then monopolize the oil industry in the whole world (again pretty much like they are). Now buy different countries or train the military really well so that other countries can be taken over. Since they want to be the only religion on this planet after taking over the country non Muslims would have to die. The whole world could be won in this manner. They simply need a better tactic – like Hitler but with a different ending. If they really want world domination the Muslims need to come together and join as allies so they can successfully take over the whole world. While they plot this I hope I’m in heaven.

Hillary didn't draw any blood.

Just a hit piece.

US in favor of the break away republic.

I think this is wrong. There should be no banning of parties until they kill 100s--dripping in sarcasm.
