Opinion: Wow! A baby actually weighed at 17 pounds. That is just insane! The mother probably had to have a c-section because of the baby's weight and size. I saw the pictures of the baby and the baby looked huge!

Summary: In Jefferson City, Tennessee, there was a 4 month old baby in a darkened room with a pacifier taped to his mouth. An anonymous complaint was made to the Tennessee Department of Human Services about how a caregiver was taping babies' mouthes shut. After an investigator arrived, she heard muffled whining coming from a bathroom and found a boy's mouth covered with two-inch wide tape over a pacifier. Opinion: That day care center is so ridulous! How are you gonna put tape over a pacifier in a child's mouth? I hate hearing stories about how kids are treated badly in day care centers or anywhere else. I can never put my kids in a daycare center. You just can't trust daycare centers anymore because of all the bad things going on in them.
