Hurricane Felix Hits Honduras, the death toll is up to about 65. The deaths were primarily Honduran angler and lobsterman living on the coast. One angler said that the storm caught him by surprise. It flooded some of the surrounding islands and bashed the coast. About 150,000 live in Honduras and nearly 30,000 were evacuated.

I think that this is how Katrina started. The hurricane control center does say that the hurricane will most likely die out before it is a threat to the US. Still the government in the southern areas should be ready. The Honduran government handled the whole thing very well even though there is about 30 people still missing nothing huge though.

Trucker protest all along the US mexico border to fight against the newly released pilot program stating that Mexican truckers can ship goods all through out the US. The truckers are upset for a number of reasons including if someone else is doing the shipping that means they lose money. Also some assume that drugs and other illegal substances will be smuggled in

This is a bad move. You are telling all of the drug dealers in mexico and central America that they can have a free ticket in to the US with what ever they want. The border says that they will run inspections now and will continue to run inspections, but odds are they will get lazy and maybe become susceptible to bribing and other forms of dishonesty. This is a bad move because Mexican soda wont be the only thing coming in these trucks I'll promise u that.

Osama bin laden to release a video on the anniverserary of 9/11. the saposed terrorist leader has been in hiding ever since the attack and we have not had new footage on him in over three years. The still picture from the video shows bin laden with a new all black beard and looking more youthful than ever. Controversy looms over the fact that bin laden still remains at large. And this video will hopefully give us new evidence to help find this terrorist says Rita Katz director of a group that monitors terrorist messages

The guy is either dead or we know where he is and don’t want to find him. The fact that he still remains at large is one of the reasons why we are still involved in the Middle east. If we just found him all of a sudden we would have less reasons than we already have to remain in the Middle East. I think that he is rotting in some cave in the desert and dosent have any control over anything and people are just trying to stir things up with the whole video thing

The NFL officially starts is season today as the super bowl champion Colts take on the high powered Saints offense. The game is sure to be a good one as it will be played in the Champs house and is the first of the season. Its about time is started stated one over anxious NFL fan, I have been waiting for this since the Fourth quarter of last years superbowl. Lets just say that the anticipation has been building for quite some time.

Well at the end of the first half the score is deadlocked at a 10 10 tie and the Colts seemed to move the ball easily down the field. But with payton manning at QB who couldn’t. the leagues second most yards per catch tight end, Clark is proving his worth in the first half catching a 20 yrd pass that put the colts in the red zone. The saints offense has only scored a field goal there defense supplied the touchdown with 55 yrd fumble recovery for a touchdown by one of the saint defensive player. Lets see if the saints can get the offense moving in the second half
